Buying a machine at KRAFFTER Machine Tools®

Are all the machines exposed for sale on the website of Kraffter available immediately ?

Yes, all the machines presented for sale on our website are in stock in our warehouse. Therefore, it may be possible that a machine is still in production in our customers workshop. In that case, we’ll let you know.

Can the machines be inspected under power in your premisses ?

Yes, all our machine-tools are visible under power in our premisses for inspection in 73240 Saint Genix-les-Villages, FRANCE. Therefore, it may be possible that some high capacity/heavy duty machines can not be fully reinstalled in our premisses. In that case, we will provide you somes videos of the machine running before its dismantling.

Can I visit a machine under power which is still located at its production site ?
Yes, we can organise if you wish a visit directly on site in one of our customers workshop if you want ot inspect a machine under power. Please contact us if you wish to take an appointment.

Are your machines warrantied ?

No, our machines for sale are used second-hand machines. They are sold as is/where is. They can of course be tested and inspected by the buyer before purchase. Our sens of professionalism means that at Kraffter Machine Tools®, we always try to give a technical stament of the machine before its departure at the best of our capabilities.

When can I visit KRAFFTER Machine Tools® ?

We try to make our best to be the most responsive possible. That’s why you can come and visit us by prior appointment, any day of the week such as in the evening and even on weekends. Please take contact with us to set an appointment at your convenience.

When I buy a machine from KRAFFTER Machine Tools®, what are the payment terms ?

100% of the payment must must done before the picking up of the machine. The payment must be recieved on our bank account before we give the authorization of picking up.

Do you intervene techniclaly on the machines that your propose for sale ?
Yes, we do a lot of the work in our premisses that may sometimes be required to refurbish a used machine tool.

Selling your machine tool to KRAFFTER Machine Tools®

When I sell a machine tool, am I paid in advance ?
Yes, the total amount is always paid by bank transfer before decommissioning and picking up of the machine.

Does KRAFFTER Machine Tools® buy and sell machine tools in batches ?

Yes, we are fully capable to buy machines together in batches.

Can I be commissioned if I put you in contact with a seller ?

Yes, this is possible. The exact amount of the commission depends of the machine itself and the price the seller is asking for. The exact amount of the commission will be determined in first place before any purchasing is done. You can submit to us your proposals through our contact form.

Can I put my machine for sale directly on the website of KRAFFTER Machine Tools® ?

No, we only have for sale on our webiste machines which bellong to us. Therefore, you can propose us your machines you want to sell via our online contact form. We will then come back to you shortly to discuss a possible takeover.

Can you organise the operations of dismantling, decommissioning, loading and transportation ?
Yes, we can organise all the logistical operations refering to the purchase of your machine tool. We can also handle the customs clearances when necessary.

Do you provide the documents needed to export a machine tool ?

Yes, when necessary, we can provide you with the following documents : EX1, Euro1, certificat of origin and CMR. Other documents can be collected on demand.

What do the Incoterms® mean ?
The Incoterms® are the rules, commonly used in the sale and delivery of goods. These codes are international and allow any company to understand each other around the world. Incoterms® are intended to define precisely the obligations of each party in regard to packing, loading, transport, type of transport and insurance.
