CNC milling machine

CNC machining is one of the key processes in industries such as precision engineering and metallurgy, where accuracy and repeatability are essential to achieving high-quality results. This is why modern industrial machines play a major role in efficient metalworking and stable production processes.

KRAFFTER Machine Tools® is a company specialized in used CNC machines for metalworking. As an expert partner for metalworking machine tools, we offer machines for sale that are carefully selected and, when necessary, undergo refurbishment, renovation, or upgrading to ensure reliable performance in industrial environments.

We operate internationally and manage the import and export of used metalworking machines. Our range includes various brands tailored to industrial needs, from precision engineering workshops to demanding metallurgical applications.

FAQ :

What is the difference between a CNC milling machine and a machining centre?

A used machining centre differs from a CNC milling machine in its level of automation, versatility and productivity. Whereas a CNC milling machine is mainly dedicated to milling operations, often with manual or semi-automated tool changes and simpler cycles, a machining centre incorporates an automatic tool changer, advanced cycle management and, depending on the configuration, additional axes for multi-sided machining in a single clamping. The result is reduced downtime, improved repeatability and the ability to produce both large and small series with a high level of precision. From an industrial point of view, the CNC milling machine remains relevant for targeted needs or low-speed workshops, while the machining centre is a strategic production tool, designed to optimise machine time, quality and part cost over the long term.
