The KRAFFTER Machine Tools® team handles the entire import-export chain of used machine tools from precision machining, grinding up to sheet metal working. Buying your machine tool

• We study all requests for machine trade-in, either individually or in batches
• Response guaranteed within 48 hours
• Payment by bank transfer before collection
• Pick up worldwide

Sale of machine tools

• Diagnosis on receipt of the machine at our premises
• Complete cleaning of the machine and its peripherals
• Replacement of worn and/or defective parts when necessary

Production tools

• New premises built in 2021 with a surface area of 1100 m2 of workshop, storage area, exhibition area and air-conditioned offices.
• Handling equipment :
  •  1x 20 ton overhead crane
  • 1x 10 ton forklift
  • 1x 1.5 ton forklift
• CAD tool to ensure the design and remanufacture of customised parts.

Service, overhaul, reconditionning

We carry out in-house a large part of the work that may be necessary to repair a machine before selling it: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic work, etc.

When necessary, we can remanufacture certain parts using our CAD softwares. The parts are then machined either in-house in our workshop or by our network of privileged partners, depending on the complexity of the parts.

If a machine requires new spare parts (ball screw, amplifier, drive system, spindle motor, servo, mechanical wear parts, electronic components, etc.), we usually obtain them directly from the manufacturers concerned or from distributors offering equipment of equivalent quality.

Logistics and transportation

• Packaging : on request, we can provide sea shipments via ISPM15 treated wooden crates + sleeved oackaging via SEI4C standards.
• Truck loading from the top (OPEN TOP for sea containers) or by the side, according to your requirements.
• National and international transport. All our road transportations are carried out without any bulk braking which means without any loading/reloading operation : directly from B to B. Shipments in sea containers can be organised in FCL cargo or LCL cargo according to your specifications.
• Customs clearance on request.
